Um, why do you think that the cards WILL pxe boot?

Most cards do not have a pxe rom

Next you must set your BIOS (INT 19 as I recall) to allow external cards to 
grab the interrupt and run their code

In terms of the bios: some MoBos do not mention Netboot in the BIOS. There is 
a net boot message during post, and responding to that you can select netboot.

Sometimes the BIOS has an entry to allow the NetBoot message to display.
You'd definitly be advised to Disable Quick Boot and Disable Logo while you 
look.
