Are you using "ltsp-build-client --kiosk"? (kiosk plugin) I understand
saving it in firefox directly but the readonly fat client nature of the
this plugin seems to make what you're talking about difficult. I tried
changing some things in FF directly and coping the .mozilla directory
back to the server for re-imaging but that just seem like kind of a pain
and didn't give me as much control as I wanted.

Now that I've figured out that my config problems stem from metacity
crashing, I was able to get the configs to work by using aewm. I'm
rebuilding with Icewm as you suggested to see if it's any better or
worse than aewm. Any thoughts as to which one is lighter weight?

I'm also re-writing the kiosk plugin to make all the alterations I want
so I don't have to hand code the changes every time I want to try
something different.
