-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Rois!
What I didn't do is using the --kiosk you mentioned. I think you have somewhat misunderstood my mail. What I wanted to say is I store the XULs in the user's home as preferences. Thus I achieve not having to re-image. I simply copy the prefs when the kiosk logs in so that I come to a known state. Of corse changing the preferences is somwhat tricky then because one has to repack the browser.jar. But there you can change all. Icewm is the lighter weight I think after some testing. regards - -- Helmut ZID at ]a[ Vienna -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFJmWhQUtXZVM4b3+YRAqmzAJ9CgB4kbxE+Hc6jyRfVZBXvQiHrawCfcFAD yPWfCeb5k14UCWX+rGW/nQw= =ntsG -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, CA -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the Enterprise -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source participation -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: SFAD http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H _____________________________________________________________________ Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
