Consider a "big ugly box" with two PCI-Express slots. Plug in 2 video card
with dual monitor.
There are some microATX boxes that are not so "big".
You will get a full-HD 4 screen capable LTSP box.
Running 4 instances of VLC or mplayer (as local app) and this could be a
cheap solution.
