I do, and the VESA driver is too *#?@ slow. But the libre Xorg
driver now supports the GeForce 4000M (10de:087d). That's
xserver-xorg-video-nv 1:2.1.17-1 which is now in Debian testing.
Gave it a try with the DVI output into a 1920x1200 monitor.
So far, everything seems to work, except :
1. The LDM greeter flashes on and off at irregular intervals
(anywhere from half a second to ten seconds). Only way I've
found to make it stop is to log in as root on the client (on
virtual console 1).
2. The LINE OUT jack spews out stereo white noise constantly. It's
not pure noise, there is a periodic component at a few kHz.
3. No Xv. mplayer says :
[VO_XV] It seems there is no Xvideo support for your video card available.
xvinfo says :
X-Video Extension version 2.2
screen #0
no adaptors present
