Alessandro, it will work just like it does on a desktop machine.  Dropbox
puts its configuration files into the user's directories, so there won't be
a conflict between different users' configurations or files.  It all
happens on the server anyway, not on the client.

Incidentally, I actually by default delete the "documents" directory and
create a new symlink to a "documents" folder in the user's dropbox, which
then gives them an offsite copy. I just tell them to store sensitive files
elsewhere if they're not comfortable having it in a dropbox.
