You can do it in two ways:

Either you can let each user use their own account for their own dropbox or
you can install it on the server without any user interaction required.  In
the latter case then just create a symlink into the dropbox folder for any
folder you want "dropboxed".

Ask google for "dropbox server installation", you'll find good guidance.
