Normally (in deb) you should run it in %postinst, though as I wrote  
already in ALT it is in an rpm filetrigger (hence is not in RPM spec  
that I showed).

LR sees the manifest where all installed rocks have records. Including  
those which are installed with RPM. The consistent state, you know.
