That rockspec didn't compile when I ran `luarocks install` on it in Visual
Studio 2012's Developer Command Prompt on Windows 7 x64. It failed with "46
unresolved externals".
After adding "user32", "Advapi32" and "shell32" to the
build.modules.winapi.libraries table, it compiled and installed without
issue. requireing it in Lua 5.2 also works, but I haven't done any
extensive tests with it.
