There might be a dependency to install, but then there is still usually only one command to run? Or do people write tests in odd ways? Your Lua test will just require lunit surely? And the busted tests can just be run by running busted (in the right place). Clearly the test feature would be optional (ie running rocks test package would *fail* if there was no test support). It seems to be not dissimilar to build but with a different outcome.
