btw,

Officially Lua is called Lua with a captical L so that sort of demands luaTeX to be LuaTeX but in some cases lua\TeX looks nicer for (depends a bit on the font) as one then sees the two words so i guess that both lua\TeX and Lua\TeX are quite ok as long as it's used consistently. In all-caps titles LUA\TeX is also ok. So the spec boils down to:

logo   : [Lua|lua|LUA]\TeX
binary : luatex

(personally I use luaTeX as it looks nice in smallcaps)
