List is up to date.
@Eric HPLIP has 2 icons... the Menu Icon (which does indeed look awful)
and the indicator icon which looks out of place... since I use this app
for printing I will make better icons for this, and add them into my box
icon set.
@All This issue is in the desktop file, as we well know.
Rafael has been hacking the Lubuntu specific apps to use a modified
desktop file. Though I am not sure if this change gets overwritten *if
the user apt-get purge || apt-get autoremove and then apt-get install
the same app.
So the only way I can see this actually being fixed is, if someone
actually fixes the debian packaging.
A short script should fix all this in the entire 40,000+ packages, but
none of us has sudo for the repos (fortunately :)
This will have to get attention somehow, and I am not sure how.
Either Ubuntu fixes this, or Debian fixes it.
If anyone on this list has a specific app they want fixed, post it.
If we get a top 5 list going, I think I can fix at least 1 of the five
in time for 14.04.
I may be able to automate something in the future, so I can simply
bzr-branch a bunch of stuff, run a few scripts and propose for merger.
But fixing at least one of these issues will be worthwhile.
