Hi Anders, I misunderstood you, I thought you meant the shutdown buttons in lightdm. But, you are meaning the logout dialog. It was unclear to me what you meant.

You may be able to edit the shutdown menu, to simply log out the user, though you may be right, there could be no way to do what you are looking for. I made the exec bold... [Desktop Entry] Name=Shutdown Name[zh_TW]=關機 Comment=Shutdown or Reboot Icon=system-shutdown-panel Exec=*lxsession-default quit* NoDisplay=true But I expect, that if you can do it easily with XFCE, then that is the proper choice for your scenario. It is always so wonderful to have choices!! We can run the same OS with different DE for different needs! Thanks for mailing us back.
