I think going with lucene.apache.org is a nice start.  We have a ways 
to go before we start hosting projects that are not directly Lucene 
related, and even if we eventually do, having them be sub-projects of 
the lucene.apache.org TLP would still be good branding.

Ok, I'll amend our proposal to be for lucene.apache.org and we'll 
evolve from there.
