Not sure, but I do know it comes with a default root user, if you are using
Best Practical's RT, of course. If you haven't yet changed the password, you
could try that one, unless this is the administrative user you were talking
about :).

Definitely, if they have super-user rights, they can restore your
administrative capabilities. All you have to do now, is Google your way into
finding out how you can recover their passwords.
