Mark,
I have the root password alright. It is the rights and priviledges 
associated with it that I messed up.
Let me try this  and see if I can reset for the other users I mentioned 
about.

PS:- I am failing to login into the database. Looks like RT installs 
only the server side of mySQL!!!
