The question that you should ask iss "How do youdefine productivity?"
Is it the number of lines of code you write per day?
The number of patches you have installed on your Exchange server in the last month?
The number of times youhave logged in to your OpenVMS box?
How many processes you are running?
Or how many messages you have sent using TrueAfrican, that arent work related/just 
showing your lack of productivity.

I know of an OCorganisation that blocks all internet access via port 80 and 
filters all outgoing mail
that doesnt have @domain.com extensions in the belief that it will give the 
staff more focused on their work :(
