It's a problem of the technical divide, more dangerous than the digital
divide. The techs have all the goodies, the sales and marketing profess to
know it all so you can note teach them anything new.

Creates a slight dilemma how the **** can you tell them of the new stuff if
they already think they know it ??

Then you have the pricing people who can not make a decision, a case of how
many people does it take to change a light bulb ???

Well all this waste is live able when there is fat for the organization to
survive. The new price wars should continue the end result margins will be
cut and thus this wait to make a decision will end.

I call that "Paralysis through analysis" unfortunately today all our Network
operators surfer from that (may be ISP's too before someone fires back -:)

Mark on this point I agree with you. It took me joining MTn as staff to
learn
that they had HSCSD ( High Speed Circuit Switched Data) and that I could
dialup with my phone and get speeds of up to 28.8 kbps.

Up to now when I mention this to the more technically minded people I know,
they are surprised and wonder why nobody ever mentioned this to them.

Noah.
