Speaking from the point of view of EACOSS, this would be very handy in gauging the level of training required as well as the target institutions/organizations. Also very instrumental in assesing the level of awareness efforts required, direction as well as potential partners. There was a survey done by Wire sometime back on behalf of IICD in this direction.
