and I would bet that 90% of the people on this list are not even registered to 
vote but would be very willing to cry out that the election was rigged :-)

I am not a kisanja supporter but even I know that if everyone took their civic 
responsibility more seriously, there would be much less of this manipulation. 
Which MP would dare take a 5m bribe if he knew that he would lose his seat in 
parliament as a result? but knowing that usually it is the illiterate and 
lumpens who actually vote and that they are easily stirred up by simple 
things gives them leeway to get away with a lot of things.
