There are simple ways of doing this online - all you need 
is a clearing house that will handle all credit/debit 
card transactions. The most popular one I know is 
Paycom.Net.

Once the site owner signs up with them (or any other 
billing agent), they verify credit/debit card details and 
debit your card account accordingly. They then reconcile 
with the site owner after fees are deducted, of course.
