The debit cards are the way forward. Most banks on the continent are actually now reconfiguring so that ATM cards they issue our can be used as debit cards, at the very least, within the borders. But in this case, I was referring to the relationship between the merchant (UG Mart) and the billing agent (e.g., Paycom.Net). It's then up to the billing agent and merchant to determine how many payment options they want to make available to the public. Other agents even accept other methods such as voice calls, or IVR-based payments and confirmations. Western Union is also another option.
