I think the seller should have a spot on the web site 
where he uploads and edits items for sell any time he 
wants, without having to send it to UG Mart personel 
first (or as a secondary task to ensure seller complies 
with UG Mart AUP).

I don't agree with this method, it's too long and gives UG 
Mart too much work to do. UG Mart should be in the 
business of creating a "flee market", where buyers and 
sellers congregate and transact one on one.
