To clarify, I think what James wanted to say was all UGmart will do is to put
the buyer and seller in contact, they would then finish it off themselves.
This is the initial plan.

I think the seller should have a spot on the web site 
where he uploads and edits items for sell any time he 
wants, without having to send it to UG Mart personel 
first (or as a secondary task to ensure seller complies 
with UG Mart AUP).

I don't agree with this method, it's too long and gives UG 
Mart too much work to do. UG Mart should be in the 
business of creating a "flee market", where buyers and 
sellers congregate and transact one on one.
