| I have an idea where if you can create a one time credit card number with all the billing details etc correctly, then you can fill that information in when you punch in your prepaid cards (such as mobile topups) until you have enough balance, then you make your transaction. If the number is good only for one time, and maybe even time limited, that would eliminate a lot of the avenues for fraud. -- G.
