++ In a nutshell levels of authentication which can then be matched with a database of cipher[s] and then if your credit is worthy you can then make a transaction else you get a notorious message " No credit, you are not worthy :) " , this would not be such a bad design i know of a similar product in UG which has the same flow of authentication BUT with multiple auth though all transparent to the user, a one time number wouldnt be so perfect though , you could tag the cipher to a couple of things which are the user's details so that you would not need to generate multiple cipher[s] everytime the user needs to procure something.
