try NTop: http://ntop.org/
The last i checked NTOP (unless they have changed) does not get stats
from a switch on which a network is connected. It collects stats from
the machine it is installed on WHICH IS A GATEWAY TO NETWORK.
what am trying to do here is to have some form of a monitor not a
gateway .... let me read about "ent" [Extreme happy netflow tool] ...
womder where they get these names from
I
have to use the older 3.1 version on Linux to get netFlow working, but
BSD may work fine with 3.2 or CVS...
