Hello all, this is good content for our nation and I know UCC reads all
this! Have a question though, I have asked many lists but in vain. How do ISP's and Telecoms protect themselves incase the government/High court asks for classified info for any subscriber for "national security". "Put it in mind we all need security and the government has the sole right apart from God to protect its people" For instance what if our intelligence services require any one provider to produce all email communication between party A and party B or voice conversations between party X and party Y.Who is responsible/pays for the breach of the privacy contract? Don't ISPs/Telecoms need to be protected against this flaw to avoid future loses of thousands of dollars?I hear its a big issue going on in the USA some Telecoms being asked to pay a compesation fee of $1000 to each subscriber!! Otherwise good paper though I own no ISP yet.
