Which is exactly what they have. Nice GUIs and tools. But for a large corporate, this is not the issue since most of them can just simply pay Novell to fly in someone to implement the whole thing anyway but the main issue is usually support. They want to have the security of knowing that professional help is just a phonecall away and that it will not be a long troubleshooting process but a skilled professional will give you answers in a short time and thus avoid long hours of downtime.
