Hi All,

As this is one of the biggest and most obvious Ugandan problems with linux, 
would it be a good idea to post an FAQ about this subject on the website.

With an FAQ i then mean, one that is google-able and publically available to 
everyone without registering.

In the future we could just refer to that FAQ .
