in other words
while its apparent that the network shall get a lot more people access to
the net
my query is shall we continue to have the same - with duie respect to
providers - old download/upload speeds - say 56kbps
or does this new fibre network open possibilites to broadband for the
masses(im talking speed in the order of 512 kbps - 4mbps)
you realise broadband internet offers a a whole different experience (
multimedia, streaming, file sharing etc)
and we do have a lot of catching up to do in that regard

I wonder thoug
will the fibre network do for bandwidth( broadband class) what it will
do for coverage ?
could you make your question a little understandable?
