Hmm, i dont agree with you Wire.

Such a revival can only happen when the information that surfers are
looking for is available locally, such as:

- Online retail stores and shopping
- Industry
- Good universities and college institutions
- Used stuff marketplace
- lots and lots manufacturing (industry).

till then, forget local content. what surfers want is currently only
available in europe and the US.
