may be we should redefine a 'home user'. The house
where i reside has about 6 very active internet users
all hogging one yellow line connection for about 20
hours each day.I think the home user in uganda is just
like one in south korea or Estonia, the only
difference is access to high internet speeds. Two of
the Internet users in my home want to increase their
private upload rates or 'seeding rates' at linux
torrents sites (legal by the way) where they are
members, others want to stream video or visit some of
the websites which sort people into dial up and
broadband before you enter them, among other things
i'd list. Home users are not content with just email
checks anymore.
regards
joachim
