My answer may be a "yes". The chaps from Pystar would need a smart
lawyer to justify their case against Apple following this fashion.

That is amazing. I know that you can "run" OSX on any Intel based
computer with some hacking. Since it is based on the BSD kernel and they
have released the source for their kernel. But making a BSD clone and
what this company is doing are very different. I won't be surprised if
