I'm concerned the capacity available on the TEAMS system is insufficient, and that upgrading it may lead to some interesting circumstances. One of the interviewees in this article alludes to US$100/Mbps/month including onward charges - very unrealistic, and this is not yet adding the IP charges. Mark.
