To be honest. We have to battle with traffic on the kiraka tower that mtn runs as we pick it from Mbuya/Bugolobi/Nakawa. This tower was bad and then went to very good and is now back to bad.
Even in town many dropped calls. Don't have gprs anymore as it became useless. Perhaps the high ranks that were kicked out in jan/march did make a difference I wonder.
