And while we're at it, the mtnconnect.co.ug E-mail to SMS system has been down 
for two weeks, and my 2 dozen attempts to notify your tech support/NOC team 
about it has only resulted in tech-support call-backs asking me if my Internet 
connection is still having problems -- and I'm not even an MTN data customer.
