It has been a nightmare on my part over the last one week - on calls, sms and GPRS. In the one week, I can confidently say I have only had about one and a half day of some sensible connectivity in the round trip that spanned Kampala - Mbarara - Kabale - Kisoro - Bunagana - Kanungu - Rukungiri - Ntungamo - Mabara - Kampala. The mess seems countrywide if one can rationalise using my expereince.
