Okay, so UTL's customers are being billed monthly for connectivity. Fine. That covers their costs associated with maintaining Google's resources on their network. For all other traffic toward other networks, who does UTL bill? They surely can't ask their customers to pay for traffic being sent to other ISP's, nor can they ask Google to pay for it. As my Malaysian friend would say, "So how?" Mark.
