Well getting truly philosophical might require a beer or seven. ;-) That is still a truly awful site.
Is it ever morally acceptable to break the law? Depends. Is it morally acceptable to break this law? My sister is a musician. She recently released a music track, which I give out to people to listen to, with her verbal permission. But as far as I know she has never given me written permission to do so. Therefore technically am I breaking the law? Is it morally acceptable I would say its a no brainier. I am doing this because I want to help promote my sisters music. But in the eye's of the law I am breaching copyright. Badru, in the realm of "fair use" you could place a 30second listen limit on the user?
