Anybody, How do you upgrade 9.04 Server to Karmic, if 1. Though you resolve well, everything in your sources.list, You cannot install update-manager-core 2. Even after a successful "aptitude update"
as suggested here: http://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-upgrade-ubuntu9.04-jaunty-jackalope-to-9.10-karmic-koala-desktop-and-server and therefore have no --- release-upgrade --- file to edit. Anybody?
