No it didn't. It hadn't even crossed my mind. I merely pointed the

No, but I had read the link I was given where it states the action is
regarding patents (see the quotation I gave from Paul's link in an
earlier message). Maybe you hadn't read it, I wont quote the link
again as it is in Paul's original message, but maybe reading it will
enable you to remove the foot you say you have in your mouth :-)
