Hi Cavin,

I very much hope you are having a better day today and that your head
is not too sore. Over indulging is a mistake a lot of us made when we
were adolescents. :-)

I always try never to be too harsh with youngsters like yourself as I
believe its important that you learn to contribute to mailing lists
etc and do not get put off.

As Emmanuel pointed out 87.5% of the action (its an action at this
point, not a suit. I will leave the research into the difference as an
intellectual exercise for yourself, any problems I'm sure your mummy
and daddy can help) is regarding patents. I dont remember saying that
all of it was about patents, but if I did, I humbly withdraw that and
replace it with 'overwhelming majority is about patents'. Only 12.5%
of the action is about copyrights, so I think all reasonable people
would say my assertion is more valid than yours.

I'm not against a good flame war, but they should be about something,
not just one person throwing personal insults around, do you see the
difference? Its an important distinction, and one you need to learn as
you grow up.

I actually agreed with your initial post, but since then your
adolescent behaviour has just become boring, and I have grown ups work
to do. Procmail is now delivering all your mails to /dev/null so dont
expect any further comments from me. Besides I dont believe in
encouraging bad behaviour amongst children.

I very much hope that I can remove this recipe as you get older and
your attitudes mature, but for now I wish you all the best,

Tim
