Were copyrights and patents different during Hitler's regime?

Is this a statistics class or what. the issue here, is some chap, read a blog spot, and became a subject matter expert on something, he actually had no clue about. In his ignorance, he tried to educate Lug members, how Patents and copyrights are different, like his opinion was sought on this matter. Very typical of radio talk shows and again, and i would expect higher standards from Lug. I have noted some big brother tendencies on mailing lists like Lug, where some people, due to factors i will not describe, think they are more equal than others. It should be noted, and with great caution, that no one owns Lug, and no one is superior to any other member. On the Makerere mailing list some senior staff tried to stifle a discussion from a junior colleague, and i tell u, that chap was put in his rightful place by more senior colleagues. In conclusion, I am not standing for Mayor, LC 1, so i care less about your opinion. But being my o.b. i think i do. 'Kyle - please dont throw any more pirated CDs at Tim, just order for him a stale beer, that should be very punitive' I will continue to say it, as i see it, you betcha (Sarah Palin - despite my dislike for her)
