So don't facebook is one of the fastest platforms available today. Use it. Turn a disadvantage into an advantage. We even have had two+ facebook devs visit Uganda. I am sure they would a) be available for more tuition b) maybe return to Ug. Imagine if we got organised enough to justify the first facebook server in E.A.? Students are worse you can't compete with face book for their attention. Those who have the interest are helped and those who are spoiled are ignored and that's University education. Its for mature people where one word should be enough to wake you up but not a countless begging.
