Looks good on paper - as many other Ugandan policies - Its not clear what happens to the business models of companies like CFI and other domain resellers, this framework doesnt seem to expressly provide for their business needs.
But why were the meetings strictly on invitation? The spirit behind it is alright, as long as we r not just doing what the neighbors did.
