I think that's CFI's side business, DNS hosting. I am sure if you move
that domain away from them, they wouldn't charge you that fee.

My concern is CFI not accepting (that's if they actually didn't
accept) dialogue with about it. Atleast, accept to meet and make your
stand, rather than just keeping quiet.
