You can have a look at Asterisk GUI (http://www.asterisk.org/node/48533), it
will help you particularly in that direction or better still if its not too
much work you can install Elastrix (http://www.elastix.org/), which as a
full Open Source Unified Communications System based on Asterisk so it comes
with all the bells and whistles for any enterprise requirements and
reporting is quite easy with support to export the reports to PDF or Excel.
