Wait a minute! Do not rejoice yet! If it is in Mulago, then it is in Kampala. And do not be deceived that it is under control. The first case was noticed on July 11th but the news was released just two days ago. By last Friday, the ministry had not yet admitted that it was ebola.
My question is now; was anyone taking caution during those days or are we just to start now after the Ministry has announced it? Like M7 said, we need a lot of luck and peaceful rest to the victims.
