:)Wouldn't the question posed be more to do with compliance requirements
like the Common Criteria Evaluation levels (i suppose his need is mission
critical); well, we all know earlier versions of Windows failed the TCSEC
and ITSEC requirements, but newer ones i think could get rated better and
at the CC levels; likewise open source alternatives can be rated at the CC
levels. Or if not CC, maybe you could provide another agreed upon
international standard...
